ARTIST. PAINTER. SCULPTOR.
Our speaker this month with be Fred Lisaius, whose painted works represent his personal journey to explore man’s relationship to the natural world, and to one another. Lisaius received a B.F.A. with honors from the Rhode Island School of Design (Providence, R.I.) in 1981 and also studied at the Pratt Institute in New York.
He has been a Northwest artist for over 20 years and his work can be found in numerous corporate and private collections throughout the United States. In Seattle, he is represented by the Patricia Rovzar Gallery and the SAM Gallery (Seattle Art Museum); in addition, the Glave Kocen Gallery in Virginia.
