This year’s Plein-aire group will be going outdoors to paint, draw and enjoy nature each Thursday from 10am to 2pm.  Beginners are welcome but no formal lessons are provided.  Bring a lunch and water and know not all locations have restrooms.  We have combined some old sites with new ones and on the second Thursday of each month the Urban Sketchers group will join us.  You can also join the Garden Tour as a plein aire painter by contacting Pam Jenkins at pamjenkins77@gmail.com.

Urban Sketchers meet several times a month, usually on Thursdays, to draw “on location.” This lively, supportive group is committed to raising the artistic, storytelling and educational value of location drawing.
