Please read the following before completing the application form below.

• Scholarships are available to those who have been a PAL member in good standing for one year or more at the time of application and who have been actively volunteering for PAL during that time.
• You can apply as many times as you like, however you can only qualify for one scholarship per 12 months.
• Scholarship application should be submitted at least 30 days prior to the date needed if you need the scholarship award to pay for your workshop.  However, it can be submitted for up to 6 months after the workshop is finished.
• The scholarship must be used only for workshops and materials related to the art workshop. 
• Include three samples of work you have completed within the last two years to familiarize the Scholarship Committee with your artwork.
• Describe your current artwork and how the grant will make an impact or difference.
• The amount of award depends on how many volunteer hours you have contributed to PAL over the past year.
